Surviving drugs, prison, paraplegia, and loss, his life was a witness to how God can turn suffering into unexpected blessings. Just when you think life cannot possibly hit one man with another blow, Gary's story challenges the threshold of pain, surprisingly pushing and pointing others toward the God of grace.
About the Author
Gary Hamilton, a native of Colorado, survived a tragic train accident over twenty years ago, leaving him widowed and in a wheelchair. Prior to this life-altering event, Gary served twenty-seven months in prison where he became a Christian. Upon release, he worked for Prison Fellowship, ministering to those incarcerated in the Colorado area and surrounding states. Gary shared his testimony with Christian Business Men s Connection (CBMC), churches, and various ministries encouraging others to never give up hope in God. Gary L. Hamilton, 66, of Greeley, CO went to see the Lord on Tuesday, February 24, 2015.Gary leaves three children, Greg, Scotty, and Brittany, and six grandchildren.
