These Terms and Conditions apply to contracts for the purchase of goods between Buchpunk and its customers concluded through the AbeBooks marketplace.
In addition, the terms, conditions and policies of AbeBooks applicable to the respective order shall apply.
2. Subject Matter of the Contract
The subject matter of the contract is the sale of books and, where applicable, other goods described in the respective listing. Unless otherwise stated in the individual listing, the books offered are pre-owned individual copies.
The essential characteristics and condition of each item are specified in the respective listing.
3. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is concluded through the ordering process provided by AbeBooks. The procedures and terms established by the AbeBooks marketplace apply to the technical processing of the order.
4. Prices and VAT
The prices stated in the respective listing are final prices.
Buchpunk applies the German small business VAT exemption pursuant to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG). VAT is therefore not charged or separately stated.
5. Payment
The payment methods and payment terms offered for the respective order shall apply.
6. Liability for Defects
The statutory provisions governing liability for defects apply.

The books offered are shipped from our own inventory in Germany.
We carefully pack each book according to its size and format to ensure that it is well protected during transit. We use suitable shipping materials and aim to provide secure packaging while using materials responsibly.
All orders are shipped with tracking. Depending on the destination, size and weight of the shipment, we use an appropriate shipping carrier, in particular DHL or GLS. The relevant tracking number is provided after dispatch.
For international orders, the shipping method and delivery time may vary depending on the destination country. Any required customs and shipping documentation will be prepared according to the requirements of the respective destination country.
