Charles L (Bud) Evans is an old Montana redneck. He grew up in the mountains of central Montana where the seasons were July, August and winter. As a child he loved coloring books, but he never got very good at coloring them. That did not stifle his interest in coloring books. He has more education than good sense, which is why he needs coloring books to keep his sanity. Today instead of coloring the coloring books he creates them for his own stress relief.
