In fair condition. Front board detached. Rear board nearly detached. Boards show typical wear with light discoloration and minor loss and crushing to corners. Gilt work remains intact. Spine somewhat frayed along head and base. Moderately foxed inside, does not affect text. Unmarked. Please see photos. Scarce early American edition. Inside is an invaluable resource for the 19th century/20th century builder. Everything from brick laying to constructing Ionic, Corinthian and Doric columns.
