Quarto, half leather bound green buckram boards, gilt lettering & tooling & raised bands to spine, marbled page edges, frontispiece, ix + 471pp + plates to rear- not counted presumed all present, G- (v heavy scuffing & surface loss to leatherwork of spine & board extrems, moderate cracking to spine hinges, heavy chafing & soiling to boards, heavy tanning to page edges, whole page block detached form boards, moderate tanning & foxing/soiling to eps & pages throughout, prev. owner's leather ex-libris plate to front pastedown, light insect damage to edges of prelims, heavy water staining to page edges, multiple architectural drawings in pencil to prelims & terminals- very neat! Despite whole page block being detached from the spine/boards the contents are still quite sound and affixed to its binding).
