Building a Better BRAIN: How Human Intelligence Works and How to Recreate It Entirely within a Computer

You’ve been fooled. All A.I. that exists to date, is not really artificial intelligence; it’s artificial pieces of intelligence. Each is a finite bit of driftwood floating in the infinite sea of human potential.

With each new news story, you find yourself intrigued but ultimately disappointed because you’ve long been expecting an intelligence that replicates and perhaps even surpasses human thinking. Yet, the only way to create artificial intelligence is to first understand how actual intelligence actually works.

This book is really two books. It’s the first book to describe how intelligence works from end to end: not just learning and language and logic, but also creativity, intuition, perception, and even human reasoning itself. What you’ll discover is that intelligence is far simpler than you've ever imagined. Read this book and you will understand it. All of it.

But while this book changes you, it will also change the world. For within its pages is also the first design for the complete replication of human intelligence within a computer.

Building a Better BRAIN is not science fiction but may rapidly become science fact. The book was written so that anyone can understand the coming change, but more importantly, safely navigate the new world that it leaves behind.
