About the Author

Gary DeWitt has been a frequent contributor to FoxTalk and FoxPro Advisor magazines and was the technical editor of Developing Internet Applications With Visual FoxPro 6.0. Michael Levy is a consultant with G.A. Sullivan, where he specializes in SQL Server and database technologies. Leslie Koorhan is an independent consultant and trainer specializing in database applications. He has worked with nearly every version of FoxPro and Visual FoxPro, as well as Microsoft SQL Server since the mid '90s. He is also a Visual Basic developer. He has written numerous articles for several publications, most recently a series on Microsoft SQL Server OLAP Services for FoxTalk magazine.
