He has taught over 300+ courses in higher education in online and on ground modalities and has over 18 years of extensive academic experience, serving as a program chair, lead faculty, assistant professor, core faculty, instructor, instructional specialist, instructional specialist manager, and associate faculty. Bill loves furthering student success, and empowering, enriching, supporting and graduating UAGC students, seeing them achieve their purpose and their academic, personal, and career goals.
