Making and Fulfilling Your Dreams as a Leader addressed the first imperative. This book addresses the second imperative. Carl has also held leadership positions in a variety of professional, industrial, and educational associations.Carl was a visiting faculty member for 12 years at the University of Idaho, teaching in its executive development program.
