Set in the context of his own quest for optimum wellness he addresses the four major biochemical causes of disease and premature aging: Free Radical Damage, Inflammation, Loss of Repair Ability, and Mitochondrial decline. He continues by revealing the dangers of electromagnetic chaos in the environment, risks that have be systematically covered up by industry and governmental agencies. He alerts the reader to the need to reset corrupted files in the body's central computer, and he addresses the importance of renewing the mind and becoming a spiritual warrior. He systematically reveals the factors we control that determine our state of health. Finally, he provides a comprehensive plan for obtaining optimum health.
