James Bowen has nearly 20 years experience in both management and technology, including financing, operations, marketing/sales, product development and strategy. He is currently Vice President for business development in internet-based computing, artificial intelligence/expert systems, knowledge management, and software product development. Mr. Bowen has a Ph.D. in management, focusing on the growth of technology product companies. He is proficient in five programming languages, six operating systems, and ISO-9003 quality standards.
