Kevin R. Miller was Professor of Construction and Facilities Management in the Ira A. Fulton College of Engineering at Brigham Young University, Provo, USA.
David E. Gunderson is currently working for Swinerton Builders as National Field Learning and Development Manager and formerly Associate Professor in the School and Design & Construction at Washington State University, Pullman, USA.
