Fourth edition hardback in The Modern Building Construction Series (volume 1), 1961, with unclipped jacket. In overall very good used condition in a good dust jacket with minor signs of age, handling and storage - dust jacket generally rubbed with a couple of small chips (now protected); maroon cloth boards clean and crisp. Internally clean. Binding tight and appears little read; no annotation or inscriptions; slight toning to page-ends but text and illustrations bright and clear throughout. Not an old library book.
