GERARD PUOPLO is also a principal in Net Mgmt Solutions. He has been developing network design and management tools since the early days of the Internet. He was product manager for Digital's PolyCenter SNMP Manager and PathDoctor productors, and led UNIX network management application development at 3Com's switching division.
