Hardcover. Dark red cloth over boards with gold lettering on spine. No date on title page, copyright page dated 1912. 290 pages. Book is in good condition. Some wear to cover, particularly along edges and hinges. Boards peek through split cloth just slightly at bottom corners. Corners of boards near spine also appear more heavily worn. Gold lettering is fading in places, but is mostly clear. All page edges toned. Top of fore-edge stained, though pages are unaffected. Pages are bright and free of tears. a couple small checkmarks in pencil in margins of first few pages. Title page is signed and dated by someone other than the author. Page 3 has block of text circled in blue crayon. Pages are otherwise unmarked. Overall well-preserved and in good shape. Features several black and white photographs of medical practices throughout.

Regular shipping by USPS Media Mail is $4. MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING.
