Ex-library. New edition (first published 1925). Navy blue buckram with title in gilt on spine. No dustjacket. Condition: Good, with light shelfwear to covers. Neat library number at base of spine and the remains of a library label to front endpaper and library ticket pocket to front pastedown, neat library "withdrawn" stamp to reverse of title page, no other library markings. Binding sound. Light crease to rear endpaper. 532pp. 34 b/w plates and numerous maps and diagrams within text.
