Matthew Gay, SPHR and Doris Sims, SPHR have 35 years of combined experience in the areas of human resources, organizational development, recruiting, leadership development, call center training, and systems training, and 10 combined years of experience specifically in the area of talent management and succession planning. Doris and Matthew have worked as internal human resource practitioners in multiple Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies and in global organizations, with industry experience in finance, hospitality, healthcare, telecommunications, information services, and manufacturing. Matthew received his Master's degree in the field of Human Resource Development from the University of Oklahoma (Go Sooners!), and Doris received her Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University (Go Sycamores!).
