Dr. Bidyut Kumar Mal(b.1965), M.Sc., MLIS, PGDCA, Ph.D.,is working in Central Library, V B S Purvanchal University, Jaunpur (U.P.), India. Dr. Mal has authored 4 books, 3 book chapters, published 14 research papers and articles in national and international journals. He also presented 15 papers in International and National seminar and conference.
