About the Author
Harry Klaff taught high school social studies in the New York Citypublic schools system for 34 years. In 1993, he was the honoredrecipient of the John Bunzel Memorial Award as NYC's social studiesteacher of the year. As a member of city-wide Justice Resource Center,he helped write numerous curricula in law-related education. For manyyears, he created the annual Model City Council project, in whichstudents took over New York's City Hall for a day-long simulationexercise. Jeremy Klaff has been teaching AP History classes for over adecade. His website, mrklaff.com has been utilized by teachers andstudents across the country for review materials as well as originalsocial studies music. Jeremy has been a creative contributor to H2Network, and has published Document Based Questions for BinghamtonUniversity's Women's History website, womhist.binghamton.edu. He hasconducted staff developments for "Entertainment in Education" at boththe high school and college level.
