About this Item

A beautiful partial limited set, of which this is No. 3, with boards bound in tan cloth with gold gilt titling on spine and pointed corners. Binding is secure with tight hinges. Text blocks are straight. Interior appears unmarked throughout. Offered here is 30 volumes out of a 40 volume set. Divided in to three sections: "Novels of Life and Manners", missing volumes 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15. "Caxton Novels", missing volume 3. "Historical Romance Novels", missing volume 4. "Romance Novels", which all volumes are present.
