The subject matter over a hundred years later is still a matter of concern and this paper read at the Auctioneers' institute Meeting also contains much historical detail for that time. 46pp. Staples rusting, some marks, wear and ageing but overall a good copy with clean text. Red numerals on top of outer wrapper.
