Burn the Script 2: The AI Reckoning

You've Already Burned the Script. Now Burn the Matrix.

In Burn the Script, Dr. Dave Schippers told you to stop performing leadership and start living it. Many of you did. You got honest. You confronted the hollow rituals. You dropped the mask. But burning the script wasn't enough.

Because beneath the script was something deeper: a Matrix-the invisible web of assumptions, inherited frameworks, and outdated mental models that AI is now exposing in real time.

This is not a book about using AI. This is a book about becoming someone new inside its presence.

Collaborating with his own digital twin, Schippers doesn't just theorize about AI-human collaboration-he lives it. Together, human and machine confront:

-The cognitive dissonance paralyzing the C-suite

-The legacy knowledge hoarders sabotaging transformation

-The ethics we never embedded-again

-The psychological shadow work required to lead in a cognitively converged world

You'll discover:

-Why build your own digital twin (no code required)

-Why your org chart is a history of fear, not a map of value

-How to design intelligence flows across human and AI agents

-The red pill of self-confrontation (and why it's the only path forward)

But if you're ready to escape the Matrix, confront your identity, and lead in a world where the machine becomes a mirror-

Welcome back.

The door is already open.

With over 30 years embedded at the collision point of technology, leadership, and human transformation, Schippers has led everything from research to organizational crisis interventions. His journey spans conflict in both digital and personal: from digital forensics investigations to cybersecurity leadership in Industry 4.0, and from academic innovation in doctoral AI integration to corporate sabotage survival. His scars are real, his insights hard-earned.In Burn the Script 2: The AI Reckoning, Schippers steps into the storm once again-this time with a digital twin. Collaborating with an AI co-creator trained on his own voice, thought, and intellectual history, he doesn't just talk about AmplifAId Intelligence-he becomes it. Together, human and machine confront the illusions of leadership, rip through outdated hierarchies, and expose the matrix of performance culture masquerading as progress.Schippers' doctoral research in digital image source authentication laid the foundation for his obsession with signal integrity and deception detection in the digital age. Today, he pushes leaders to see AI not just as a tool, but as a mirror-a reflection of our own cognitive patterns, unconscious biases, and hidden fears. His frameworks fuse cybersecurity discipline, Jungian individuation, and AI fluency into a new leadership archetype: The AmplifAId Contributor.
