About the Author

Elaine Ouston grew up the country and spent the first 13 years of her life on grazing properties in the Central West of Queensland. The stories in Bush Tails are from that time. Some of them are based in actual events and some come from her imagination. She has a Master of Letters in Creative Writing. She teaches writing to children and adults and edits for other authors.
