About the Author

Professor Dafe Otobo, educated at the University of Ibadan, The London School of Economics & Political Science, and the University of Oxford, was until recently of the University of Lagos. He is currently the Acting Vice Chancellor at the Eastern Palm University, Ogboko, Imo State, Nigeria. He is widely published.
