During his career he has managed multinational and cross-functional project teams in banking, insurance, telecommunications, media, consumer electronics, and IT industries.
He is now sharing his experience about business analysis, software testing, user experience design, and usability testing by publishing articles and books and by speaking at conferences.
He is contributing to IIBA(R) (International Institute of Business Analysis) as a local chapter president. He also contributed to ISTQB(R) (International Software Testing Board) as former international board member.
