Dave Chaffey has 20 years’ experience of developing information management solutions in industry and in education. Dave is a visiting lecturer at the Universities of Cranfield, Leeds and Warwick. Gareth White is Senior Lecturer in Operations and Information Systems Management at Bristol Business School, University of the West of England. He teaches undergraduate modules in business information systems management and operations management, and a variety of postgraduate courses.
