Julie Clopper-Smith (contributor) oversees several underwriting and administrative teams at The Principal Financial Group, where she works as coordinator in s! mall group life and health insurance. Before beginning her career in the insurance industry, Clopper-Smith taught mathematics and computer science.

Bernard Peskowitz (contributor) has enjoyed a long career in contract development for the insurance industry, working over a period of time for several large companies.
