About the Author

Andrea Oh has been actively involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Starting with a Bachelor of Physical Education degree from the University of Alberta, she has enjoyed working with leading fitness companies in club management, research and education development, marketing and brand development, and equipment manufacturing. She also started companies including private studios, technology companies servicing the fitness industry, and in the development of education and content for various fitness businesses.
