About the Author: Helen Cunningham was director of corporate communications at a financial services company for more than a decade. Previously, she held communications/editorial positions at The Economist Group, a major U.S. multinational corporation and an international law firm. She also worked on a joint venture in Moscow. 

Brenda Greene has written four books on business communication. She was also an editor at  CNNmoney.com, Working Woman magazine and The North Jersey Herald & News. Her books, which build on interviews and expertise from Fortune 500 executives, include Get the Interview Every Time (3rd edition published in 2021), You've Got the Interview Now What, The Web 2.0  Job Finder and The Business Style Handbook. In addition, she coauthored a biography, America's Girl, The Incredible Story of How Swimmer Gertrude Ederle Changed the Nation. She is also the founder of Resume Synergy, a career counseling service.
