The "Come Up" is written as a guide to help you come up into being a legitimate and respected leader among peers, adults, business people, academia, politicians, community leaders, and other decision makers. It provides methods on attaining your goals and becoming an achiever. By consistently winning and achieving your goals, your environment changes to meet your needs.

"Take care of your business before business takes care of you;" "Business before pleasure;" "Actions speak louder than words" are phrases we all hear regularly. By saying them to yourself, they are only phrases. But by believing in them and their meaning, they become a way of life.

Formerly a Juvenile Felon among a youth culture seeking to outperform each other for street cred, he read the book, "Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglas." He was so moved by what he read, he put down his game controllers and collected many more books relating to his culture. He noted that all subjects he learned at school were connected and he developed a plan to excel academically and accomplish his ultimate goal--to become a Civil Engineer and build high-value city dwellings for underserved communities.
