There Are No Buts Except The One You Are Sitting ON

A great book for personal growth or small group study guide. This book is about living the abundant life that Jesus came to earth to provide for us. For far too long I have watched Christians walk around living their lives in a defeated manner. We have professed a faith in Jesus but the way we live our lives seems to reflect exactly how the rest of the world lives. We have seen Christians struggling with worry, forgiveness and their identity in Christ. In this book we will explore some of the areas of our lives that do not measure up to the example that Jesus has given us. We will not only look at these areas but I will give you practical tips on how to bring our lives in line with biblical principles. As you read this book it is important to examine yourselves to see where you are living up to the standards and those areas you need to work on to improve. This is an ideal tool for any small group or Bible study. Each chapter has questions for reflection to better apply the truths to you as an individual. Each chapter covers an area of life that Christian need to bring under God's guidlines to live the abundant life. The chapters include areas of concern like worry, and how to overcome worry for good. We will talk about forgiveness, who we are in Christ, what it means to be a disciple and talk about the ME generation. The intent of this book is to help you through the reading and the reflection questions grow in your relationship with the Lord.
