About the Author
Alika and Rahul Rai are a typical mum and dad couple. Their focus has been on raising great children, and their priority has been the family unit. They have careers and have worked in their jobs for a number of years. However, their mindset is different. Their pay cheque goes towards growing real assets which have brought them to a point of financial independence.
It hasn't always been plain sailing with challenging tenants, peaks and troughs in the market, and even a rather large earthquake! But because they understand the long-term nature of the buy-and-hold strategy, nothing has made any impact on the end result (not even the earthquake). They have achieved total financial freedom and now have the sole goal of sharing their fifteen years of experience and helping others to do the same.

I. General Terms and Conditions

(1) German law shall apply. In the case of consumers, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as this does not withdraw the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer's habitual residence (principle of favourability).
(2) The place of performance for all services arising from the existing business relationships with us as well as the place of jurisdiction is our registered office, insofar as you are not a consumer, but a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law. The same applies if you do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or the EU or if the domicile or habitual residence is not known at the time the action is brought.
