We are a second-hand book shop based in Wigtown, South West Scotland - in Scotland's National Book Town. We welcome visitors to our shop and to our web-site, www.byrebooks.co.uk We specialise in books on Scotland, Poetry, Folk-lore and Mythology, Film, Theatre, Archaeology, Latin, Greek and other good books of general interest. Our hours are Wednesday and Saturday 10 to 3pm, Sunday 11 to 3pm.

Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is substantially different, we may contact you with exact postage costs. Postage and packaging: is charged at cost. All items are posted 1st class in the UK/ International Tracked elsewhere.
All our packaging is fully recyclable and plastic free.
Unfortunately due to the new shipping regulations that have a significant cost attached we do not ship to Germany . Sincere apologies for any inconvenience.
