This volume has 88 pages of reference text, broken down into 3 sections - one each for bronze, silver and gold coins. Pages 89 & 90 are Rarity Guides, plus 16 pages of numismatic terms for ancient coins, PLUS bibliography, plus 3 pages of b/w photographs. If you've unearthed a bronze Ravenna or Nummia, or a gold Solidus or Tremissis, or a silver Half-Miliareson or Nomisma - you'll want to consult this book. Greek, Roman and Christian period coins are covered with dates in the 565 A.D. to 1453 A.D. range. Cond: Yellow boards w/ black lettering, issued w/o dust jacket (?). Illus. on front board is a Solidus coin depicting Tiberius III. All corners are lightly worn or lightly bumped. Edges are sharp. Spine and binding are tight. Light rubbing to faces of (smooth) boards. No names NOR marks NOR folds internal. Clean and bright. I can handle your credit card transactions ONLY through the ABE.commerce program. PAYPAL is also a workable option. We under rate the condition of our books, build cardboard shipping sleeves for protected shipping and respond promptly to requests and queries. Shipping and handling on all books is at the expense of the purchaser, and is often in the $12.95 per item range. Book weight and volume purchases will alter these conditions. We will be happy to re-quote books in Canadian dollars for local buyers and to arrange local `hand-offs'of purchases, if you prefer.
