Very nicely printed, large readable type. Here are the best recipes of all parts of California. Everything here from soup to nuts. Members of the named organization provided the recipes. Each recipe given provides nutritional information per serving. Very nicely done.

I try and get books out same day as order comes in and love it when someone writes that they's been looking for a book for years and finally found it with me!
