CALMING STREAMS ENCOURAGING MESSAGES: PRAYER WITH EACH MESSAGE

Calming Streams is a Daily Devotion of spiritual messages, taken from the Bible. Each message has been written to increase a person's prayer life as well as their faith in God's word. Each message will give strength, encourage giving praise to God for all of his goodness and inspire belief in God's healing power. In addition to spiritual messages, there is a prayer, after each message, for those who are reading "Calming Streams". An added bonus is a Self-care section: choosing healthy foods, introduction to simple exercises to do at home. Also, instructions on growing a spiritual garden. As a teenager, my belief took hold, and I accepted Jesus and the Holy Spirit into my life. My faith has remained over forty years of successfully working to improve the lives of others. With inspiration of the Holy Spirit, I developed calming collaborative skills that have been successful in talking with others about their goals and needs. My earned degrees are from the University of La Verne and Azusa Pacific University. Areas of study and experience have included: Crisis Intervention, Career Exploration, Interpersonal Skill Development, Behavior Modification, Cognitive Behavior Intervention Strategies, and Psychoeducational Assessment Reporting. I'm a Strathmore's Honors Member, Pupil Personnel Service Credentialed, House of Ruth trained and certified Domestic Violence Counselor and a member of Pi Lambda Theta (International Honor Society and Professional Association in Education). Through all of my accomplishments, life experience and years of employment, prayer, and faith kept me strong and focused.
