About the Author

Tony Johnson, MBA, PMP, PgMP has over 20 years of experience as a program and project manager in industries such as retail, defense, telecommunication, financial, consulting, hardware and software development, education, government and manufacturing. He has been a trainer and curriculum developer in areas such as technology manufacturing, electronic commerce and project management. An award winning member of the Dallas, Texas PMI chapter, as well as a past member of the chapter's education committee, Tony Johnson has also been a key presenter at the Dallas chapter's "PMP® Forum" and other PMI Chapter events worldwide. With a bachelor degree in Business Administration and Finance from Dallas Baptist University, and an MBA in Operations and Strategic Management from Dallas Baptist University, Tony Johnson has taught at Southern Methodist University (SMU) and Dallas County Community College District, both located in Dallas, Texas.
