Add to basketReprint of 1902 first edition. No date but last date in publishers catalogue at rear of book is 1917. Small book. Light blue hard covers are clean. Front has black swastika but this is prior to Nazi times and a sign of good luck. Book binding is loosening but still intact. Pages are clean and unmarked. No inscriptions. Richard Harding Davis (1864 - 1916) was an American journalist and writer of fiction and drama, known foremost as the first American war correspondent to cover the Spanish American War, the Second Boer War, and World War I. His writing greatly assisted the political career of Theodore Roosevelt.
