• Why you respond the way you do: Combat exposure, TBI, chronic stress, and the nervous system patterns built for survival don’t just switch off. This program helps you understand what’s actually driving your behavior so you can change it.
• What military life taught you about relationships: The roles, expectations, and communication patterns shaped by service affect how you show up at home. Recognizing them is the first step to choosing something different.
• Real accountability, not just completion: This program is not about sitting through enough sessions to reach the end. It’s about developing real insight into your patterns and making changes that hold.
