Parents are crying out for help! How do we know? If parents had the answers, there wouldn’t be an $800 million industry that provides parents with books and parenting seminars. In the 21st century, parents are left without assistance that, in the past, was provided by the extended family and neighbors. As a result, parents are struggling with how to address inappropriate behavior exhibited by their children. Traditional parenting books focus almost exclusively on changing behavior by changing the child. However, in most cases, the problem doesn’t lie with the child – it lies with the parent. This groundbreaking book addresses inappropriate behavior by challenging parents to take a hard look in the mirror and to change the way they parent. Volumes of educational research back the strategies outlined in the book. Spencer Waggoner has spent 15 years in the classroom and knows what works. Purchase “The CARR Method: A Guide for the 21st Century Parent” and change your home community forever. Note: Supplemental web materials will be available March 1, 2013.
