Il progredire delle ricerche storico-artistiche e l'interesse sempre pi� alto dei visitatori hanno reso ormai necessaria una nuova guida turistica dedicata alla Certosa, che conserva centinaia di monumenti e migliaia di memorie. Necropoli etrusca nel VI - IV sec. a.C., monastero certosino dal 1334 al 1796, cimitero dal 1801, divenne tappa del turismo internazionale per tutto l'Ottocento e tra i tanti visitatori illustri vi furono Byron, Dickens e Freud. La Certosa in due secoli ha assunto una forma sotto le sale, i portici e le logge � possibile ammirare lo sviluppo della scultura e dell'architettura dal Neoclassicismo al Razionalismo del Novecento. Pi� di 100 schede ed un ricchissimo repertorio di foto vogliono invitare a scoprire la storia, l'arte e la memoria di Bologna.
