Green cloth boards, gilt title to spine. B/w distribution maps and illustrations, a few colour photos. xii and 402 pages. Boards clean. Title page has been REMOVED. Top edge of text block lightly foxed. Contents clean. Binding glue visible on joints. Pictorial dustwrapper is scuffed. Packaged with care and promptly dispatched.
