Second printing (first published 1964). i-xx, 1-588, 1-14 pages. Hardcover; H 22cm x L 14.25cm. Light blue dust jacket, light staining to spine panel with ends nicked, some abrasion lengthwise along joints with tear at top of front joint, several other short tears at edges, bottom corner of front flap is price-clipped. Green cloth with vibrant gilt stamped spine lettering. Foxing and past owner's name stamp on top edge; light soiling on fore-edge; name stamp at top of title page; light toning to endpapers. A very good copy in a good+ dust jacket.
