About the Author

Noah J. Wright is a recognized bartender, cocktail enthusiast and entrepreneur, founder and owner of The Alchemist Spinningfields bar in Manchester, England.

Noah became curious about cocktails in 2001 when hewas at his first job at Room 23, a bar run by the Triple Group. His passion continued to grow and was fully realised when he joined The Senses Bar in August 2002. It was there that he came into his own as a bartender, and learnt how tobalance between making and creating beautiful cocktails and expressing himself to his customers. With the growing bar scene in Manchester, Noah hopes to makea difference with his creative flair and out-of-the-box flavour combinations.
