COLOSSUS: THE COLLECTED SCIENCE FICTION OF DONALD WANDREI

fine hardcover fine jacket Editor's note by Philip J. Rahman and Dennis E. Weiler. Introduction by Richard L. Tierney. Selected bibliography by D.H. Olson. Fedogan & Bremer's first book. Collects 21 stories. "Collection of unarguably Wandrei's best SF . Initially aimed at release at the 1989 World Fantasy Convention in Seattle, copies were delivered in time only to discover that the back cover quotes contained misprints . a decision was made to yank the jackets and order a reprinting, which delayed the book. However, a copy with the garbled back jacket was displayed at the convention, and at least thirteen, perhaps more, were not destroyed; although none were actually sold to the public, some have crept into circulation."- CO SF Publishers, p 180.
