USA - Postage to the USA is calculated on a packaged weight of 1Kg. or under and includes Canada Post tracking and insurance against loss or damage. Delivery time is approximately 15 days depending largely upon Customs clearing times. * Based on the total packaged weight up to 1Kg. (2.2 lbs) a second book can be shipped free of charge or at a reduced rate.
