In addition, since we have accumulated over the years tons of old/rare books we offer these books in addition to our regular line of books. Payment is in U.S. dollars. Visa, MasterCard and Paypal only are accepted. --- Canadian customers will be charged an extra 5% to cover the current G.S.T. Books are carefully packaged and sent by regular Surface Mail unless otherwise specified. Shipping and handling to the U.S.A.: $14.00 for first book, $3.00 for each additional book. International mail at cost. Any item may be returned within seven days for credit or refund.
