COMPLETE SET OF ALL 9 IAN FLEMING JAMES BOND UNIFORM BOOK CLUB HARDCOVERS STARTING LATE 1965/EARLY 1966: CASINO ROYALE, MOONRAKER, FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE, DOCTOR NO, GOLDFINGER, THUNDERBALL, THE SPY WHO LOVED ME, YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE, THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN (the other 5 James Bond books - Live & Let Die, Diamonds Are Forever, For Your Eyes Only, On Her Majesty's Secret Service and Octopussy were never published in this uniform book club format - liking because those books had/expected to have upcoming movies which likely restricted a hardcover book release of that title), published all in association with MacMillan/Viking/NAL per DJ spines, white endpapers, black boards with various colored stripes to right board edges with gold gilt lettering to spines (Casino Royale has variant all light grey boards). Books are in very nice condition - all of the books appear unread without creased page corners, colored top stains are nice without drop spots or fading, no missing pages or endpapers, clean endpapers free of discoloration or scotch tape marks, no former ownership markings or used bookstore stamps inside, slight foxing/dust soiling/age darkening to outer page edges on a few books, no soiling or staining to boards, just a couple of books have a bumped board corner. Original Dust Jackets: nick loss at bottom spine tip on Moonraker, just a couple of short closed edge tears w/related creasing otherwise no chipping, tearing or creasing to dust jackets, some of dust jackets have slight wear to spine tips and/or a bit of edge wear, no significant sun fading/darkening to DJ spines, a couple of DJs have very faint stain outline mark to left edge or top of spine otherwise a few of the DJs have even dust soiling otherwise no soiling or staining of note to DJs, a few DJs have occasional tiny color rubbing spots to panels/spine. Overall a nice FINE-/N-FINE books in VG/VG+ to N-FINE dust jackets of a now difficult to find Ian Fleming James Bond complete 1960s uniform book club hardcovers.
