La pr�sente �tude porte sur l 'effet de l'usure par glissement � sec des composites d'aluminium.Dans ce projet, la matrice d'aluminium est renforc�e par du SiC et du MoS2. L'alliage d'aluminium de la s�rie Al6061 est utilis� comme matrice, les particules de carbure de silicium (SiC) et les particules de disulfure de molybd�ne (MoS 2 ) sont utilis�es comme renforts. Les mat�riaux composites doivent �tre fabriqu�s en utilisant la m�thode de coul�e par agitation pour s�lectionner la combinaison de mat�riaux permettant de minimiser l'usure. Dans la matrice Al6061, les renforts SiC et MoS 2 ont �t� modifi�s de 3% � 5% en poids en trois �tapes. Les composites � matrice m�tallique sont principalement destin�s � am�liorer la r�sistance sp�cifique et la r�sistance � l'usure. Le comportement d'usure par glissement � sec a �t� analys� � l'aide d'un appareil � broche sur disque. En outre, la conformation du test a �galement �t� effectu�e avec la combinaison optimale de param�tres pour la validation des r�sultats de Taguchi.
