COMPOUND Small Group Facilitator Guide

You do not need to be a financial expert, a licensed counselor, or a pastor to lead this well. You need to be a man who has read COMPOUND and is willing to hold the room.

The COMPOUND Small Group Facilitator Guide is the leader's edition of the six-session small group system. It carries the same discussion questions the participants see in their own guide, plus a leader note under every question explaining what to listen for, what tension tends to surface, and when to move on.

Every session includes a working 75 to 90 minute timing template so the conversation stays on track without rushing past the moments that matter. Each week closes with an If This Happens page built for the one pastoral judgment call that session is most likely to produce.

Additional tools include a church adoption guide for running multiple groups simultaneously, a facilitator roster and attendance tracker, and a soft bridge to deeper coaching for any man who needs more than six weeks.

This guide reflects how the author actually leads groups of men: direct, unhurried, and willing to sit in the hard conversations rather than rush past them.

Built for pastors, small group leaders, and any man ready to guide other men through a real conversation about money, marriage, and identity.
